Workshops are customized for each client.  A variety of subject matters can be designed as a workshop.  Some subject matters may be, telephone sales,  customer service, mentoring, self esteem, teaching techniques, problem solving techniques, interpersonal communication, cultural diversity, and public speaking.  The following are samples...

"With a Little help From My Friend" - an introductory workshop on mentoring.

"Raising Your Self-esteem"  -  a workshop whose focus is to identify the existing level of self-esteem and to offer assistance in helping to raise that level.

"Corrected Vision" - a Christian based workshop looking at ourselves through  societal eyes, friends' eyes and God's eyes in an effort to determine who we are.

"Getting to the Root" - a problem solving workshop focused on going beyond the surface of a problem/situation.

"After the Grand Opening" - a customer service workshop focused on sustaining the standard and quality of service indicated in the grand opening of a business.

"Serving It Up"  (from new book "Teaching ...But Nobody Is Learning" scheduled to be released May 2004) - a workshop designed to enhance the efforts of educators in the classroom.  The focus is on creativity and its place in the preparation and delivery of the lesson.

"Not Just From The Skin But From What's Within" - a cultural diversity workshop designed for teachers.  The objective of this workshop is to raise the awareness of teachers in regards to teaching in a culturally diverse environment.
